Dispatching
We've worked closely with
industry veterans to make our dispatching screen as useful and as
straightforward as possible. From color coded trips, to pop-up trip summaries,
dispatching couldn't be simpler. |
The Dispatch
window shows all the information you need to manage your drivers vehicles and
trips, and make sure your passengers get to their destinations on
time.

You can also
display trips in the Dispatch window using the single-line
view.

Dispatching Features
- Use the messaging module to
send trip information to your drivers by email, pager or PCS phone
- Customize colors on the
dispatch screen to highlight trips based on their status
- Store complete information
for each of your drivers
- Enter final trip details
(stops, expenses, etc.) as soon as the driver is clear, or save it for later.
It's your choice!
