What accounting packages can LimoNexus integrate with?
LimoNexus is integrated with ACCPAC Simply Accounting®, PeachTree® Accounting, QuickBooks® 2000, and MYOB® Accounting Plus. LimoNexus takes care of your invoicing and accounts receivable; your accounting package will handle other accounting functions. Can I import my information from my current limo software program into LimoNexus?
Generally, yes. BlueNexus reviews these situations on a case-by-case basis. Typically, we can recover and import your information into LimoNexus without much effort. The additional cost for this work depends on the format of your data.Back to Top
What does the LimoNexus Trial Version include?
The trial version has been limited only by an expiration date. It is a complete working version of the software and comes with a helpful tutorial that shows you the basics of scheduling and dispatching trips.Back to Top
Network Questions
Can I use LimoNexus on multiple computers over a network?
Yes, LimoNexus is a client-server program. The LimoNexus database is installed on one computer, the server, and the program can run on any computer that is connected to the network, including the server itself. Back to Top
I have a remote location in addition to my office. Can I run LimoNexus at the remote location and connect with the office?
You can use LimoNexus over remote connection, but you should have a high-speed connection. If you only have dialup service, the connection will be extremely slow. We suggest installing LimoNexus at the office and then using some remote connection software (e.g. pcAnywhere™) to connect to a computer in the office that is running LimoNexus.Back to Top
Security Concerns
Can BlueNexus see my account, passenger, and trip information?
No, LimoNexus sends only the number of trips booked to BlueNexus each week. BlueNexus does not have access to any of your reservation or dispatch data.Back to Top
Is my credit card information on the Internet for everyone to see?
No. LimoNexus does not send your credit card number to the BlueNexus server. It just sends the number of trips. All transaction information that is sent between your computer and BlueNexus is encrypted using 128-bit encryption, and signed for our mutual protection. Your privacy is a top concern at BlueNexus.
